Our story
Friends since 2016 and mothers since 2021, we've always dreamed of creating a business together. It was during a simple moment in the kitchen, while feeding our babies, that our idea was born. After a few discussions, we decided to dive headfirst into this slightly crazy adventure: to imagine a product that would truly meet the needs of families.
This was followed by more than four years of research and development in the field of baby and young child food. This work enabled us to create our very first product: a versatile, protein-rich flour blend that is easy to incorporate into everyday family meals, designed for children aged 12 months and older.
Our mission doesn't stop there. We are actively continuing our work to realize our initial idea: to offer iron-enriched, dairy-free and soy-free baby cereals designed to simplify parents' lives while respecting the nutritional needs of toddlers.
2021 - The birth
The birth of our babies… and the first questions about feeding toddlers.
2022 - The idea
We decided to launch our own baby food company because none on the market met our criteria: organic, additive-free, local and allergy-friendly.
2022 - Feasibility study
Scientific and regulatory review, manufacturing method, search for ingredients and potential supplier
2023 - Research & Development
We're exploring manufacturing options in Quebec and… Myriam welcomes a second baby into the adventure!
2024 - Research & Development
We are moving towards larger-scale production, still here in Canada.
2025 - Validation & pre-launch
Factory testing, taste testing, laboratory validation, regulatory procedures. Official incorporation and first prizes won in the Osentreprendre competition.
2026 - Toupti FINALLY becomes a reality
A Quebec brand driven by strong values and a clear objective: to simplify the daily lives of parents through a range of high-quality, healthy and local products.
