Serving Size: One 230 g bag contains approximately 28 servings for a 6-month-old baby (2 teaspoons per meal). The number of servings per bag may vary depending on each baby’s individual needs.

Directions: Toupti baby cereals are ready to eat—simply add the warm liquid of your choice. They can also be added to purées and smoothies, used in recipes, or simply sprinkled over foods.
Mix 2 teaspoons of cereal with 3 to 4 tablespoons of warmed milk (breast milk, infant formula, or another milk of your choice). Mix well until the desired consistency is reached. Add more liquid for a thinner texture suitable for beginners.
